In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jl26. By creating an Account, accessing the Platform, making a deposit, or participating in any jl26 gaming activity, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms and that you agree to be bound by them.
2.2 These Terms should be read in conjunction with the jl26 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between jl26 and each registered Player.
2.3 If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another individual or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that individual or entity to these Terms, and that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws.
2.4 jl26 reserves the right to decline to provide services to any person at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms.
3.1 Age Requirement. The jl26 Platform is strictly available to individuals who are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This minimum age requirement is set in accordance with Philippine law governing casino-style gaming activities. Any individual who is below the age of 21 is strictly prohibited from registering an Account or participating in any real-money gaming activity on the Platform.
3.2 Geographic Restriction. jl26 services are intended for residents of the Republic of the Philippines. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted under applicable law are not permitted to register or use the Platform. It is the sole responsibility of each prospective Player to determine whether their access to and use of jl26 complies with the laws of their jurisdiction.
3.3 Capacity. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are of legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law, that you are not acting as an agent or nominee for any third party, and that you are not a politically exposed person (PEP) or on any international sanctions list.
3.4 Self-Exclusion Status. Any individual who has previously activated self-exclusion on their jl26 Account, or who has been excluded from the Platform by jl26 for any reason, is not eligible to re-register without the express written consent of jl26 following the applicable exclusion period.
Age Verification: jl26 employs age verification at the registration stage and again during the KYC identity verification process. Providing false information about your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of any funds in the Wallet derived from activities conducted under the minimum age.
4.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual Player may maintain only one registered Account with jl26. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where jl26 identifies duplicate accounts attributed to the same individual, all associated Accounts may be suspended and any balances therein forfeited.
4.2 Accuracy of Information. When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are required to update your Account information promptly in the event of any change. jl26 shall not be liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate Account information provided by the Player.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and OTP codes. You must not share your Account access with any third party. jl26 will treat all activity conducted through your Account as authorised by you unless you have notified jl26 of unauthorised access in writing as soon as you become aware of it.
4.4 Two-Factor Authentication. jl26 provides optional two-factor authentication (2FA) for all registered Accounts. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA from their Account security settings to reduce the risk of unauthorised access.
4.5 Account Ownership. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or allow any other person to use your Account. jl26 reserves the right to close any Account that it has reasonable grounds to believe has been transferred or is being used by someone other than the registered holder.
5.1 jl26 is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) on all Accounts before processing any withdrawal request. KYC may also be initiated at any other time at jl26's discretion, including where jl26 has reasonable grounds to verify a Player's identity for compliance or fraud prevention purposes.
5.2 Acceptable KYC Documents. The following government-issued identification documents are accepted for Philippine resident Players:
5.3 Document Requirements. Submitted documents must be clear, unexpired, and must match the personal details provided during registration. jl26 reserves the right to request additional documentation in cases where submitted materials are unclear, expired, or inconsistent with Account information.
5.4 KYC Processing Time. jl26 aims to process KYC submissions within 24 hours of receipt during standard business days. Complex cases requiring additional verification may take longer. Withdrawals are held pending KYC approval and will be released once verification is complete and approved.
5.5 Failure to Complete KYC. If a Player fails to complete KYC within a reasonable period after being requested to do so, jl26 may restrict the Account's withdrawal functionality, suspend the Account, or in certain circumstances, close the Account and return Real Money Funds to the Player via a verified payment channel.
6.1 All deposits on jl26 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit stated universally — individual limits may apply based on the selected payment method or the Player's KYC and responsible gaming profile.
6.2 Accepted Payment Methods. jl26 currently accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and GrabPay. Accepted payment methods are subject to change at any time at jl26's discretion.
6.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash and Maya are credited to the Player's Wallet immediately upon successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are credited upon receipt of confirmed settlement, which may take up to one (1) business day.
6.4 Own Funds Requirement. All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are held in the Player's own name and registered to the same individual identity as the jl26 Account. Deposits from third-party payment accounts — including those belonging to family members — are not permitted. jl26 reserves the right to return deposits and close Accounts where a third-party funding source is identified.
6.5 jl26 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction fees, which are outside jl26's control.
7.1 The minimum withdrawal amount from a jl26 Account is ₱100. Withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso only.
7.2 KYC Prerequisite. All withdrawal requests require prior completion and approval of the KYC identity verification process, as described in Section 5 above. No withdrawal will be released from an unverified Account under any circumstances.
7.3 Withdrawal Processing Time. jl26 aims to process withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes of approval for fully verified Accounts. Withdrawals to Philippine bank accounts (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) via InstaPay or PesoNet are subject to interbank settlement timelines and may take up to one (1) to two (2) business days.
7.4 Withdrawal Destination. Withdrawal funds may only be sent to a payment account registered in the same name as the jl26 Account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will not be processed.
7.5 Wagering Requirements. Real Money Funds deposited by the Player without any attached bonus are withdrawable at any time subject to standard verification requirements. Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to that specific promotion, as detailed in the relevant promotional terms.
7.6 jl26 reserves the right to conduct enhanced review of withdrawal requests exceeding threshold amounts, which may extend the standard processing time. Players will be notified if their withdrawal is subject to extended review.
8.1 jl26 offers various promotional bonuses, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and tournament prizes from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to the general provisions set out in this Section.
8.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's individual terms, Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms at the time the offer is presented.
8.3 Bonus Eligibility. Promotional bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. jl26 reserves the right to exclude any Player from any specific promotion at its sole discretion, including where jl26 has reason to believe the Player is attempting to exploit or abuse the promotion system.
8.4 Bonus Abuse and Collusion. The following behaviours constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited:
8.5 Where jl26 identifies bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it, suspend or close the Account, and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.
8.6 Promotion Modification. jl26 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's Account in accordance with prior terms.
9.1 All games available on the jl26 Platform are governed by their individual game rules as presented within the game interface. In the event of any inconsistency between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail with respect to account-level and financial matters; individual game rules shall prevail with respect to the specific mechanics and outcomes of each game.
9.2 RNG Certification. All Random Number Generator (RNG) games available on the jl26 Platform use certified RNG systems from their respective game developers. Certification is maintained by independent testing laboratories and ensures that game outcomes are statistically random and not manipulated.
9.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction or game error that affects the outcome of a game session, jl26 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the Player's Wallet. jl26 will not be liable for any perceived losses arising from a game malfunction.
9.4 Disconnection. jl26 is not responsible for incomplete game sessions caused by internet connectivity failures on the Player's end. Game outcomes already determined prior to disconnection will stand. Where a game session is interrupted before an outcome is determined, jl26 will apply the most equitable resolution available based on the game's technical state.
9.5 Currency. All wagers, winnings, and account balances on jl26 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). jl26 does not accept or pay out in foreign currencies or digital assets.
10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl26 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of balances:
10.2 jl26 actively monitors Platform activity for prohibited conduct. Detection methods include transaction monitoring, behavioural analysis, device fingerprinting, and third-party fraud intelligence services. Information gathered during such monitoring may be shared with relevant authorities where required by law.
11.1 Player-Initiated Closure. A Player may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting jl26 support. Upon receipt of a closure request, jl26 will process any pending verified withdrawals of Real Money Funds to the Player's registered payment method before finalising the Account closure.
11.2 jl26-Initiated Suspension or Closure. jl26 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:
11.3 Funds on Closure. Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms by the Player, jl26 reserves the right to withhold Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds. Real Money Funds deposited by the Player will generally be returned subject to completion of the applicable investigation and verification process. In cases involving fraud or criminal conduct, funds may be withheld pending the outcome of investigations or legal proceedings.
11.4 jl26 shall not be liable to any Player for any loss or inconvenience arising from Account suspension or closure carried out in accordance with these Terms.
12.1 jl26 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting players from the potential harms associated with excessive gambling. All registered Players have access to the following responsible gaming tools from their Account settings:
12.2 jl26 prohibits the use of its Platform by any individual experiencing problem gambling and encourages any Player who believes they may have a gambling problem to activate self-exclusion immediately and to seek support from recognised responsible gaming organisations.

Strict 21+ Policy: jl26 enforces the Philippine minimum gambling age of 21 years strictly and without exceptions. Any person found to be under the age of 21 using the Platform will have their Account immediately closed and any winnings forfeited in full.
13.1 All intellectual property rights in the jl26 Platform, including but not limited to its software, design, logos, branding, game interfaces, and written content, are owned by or licensed to jl26. Nothing in these Terms constitutes a transfer of any intellectual property rights to the Player.
13.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit Players to copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any element of the Platform or its content.
13.3 Third-party game content made available through the jl26 Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers. Any use of such content outside the context of normal gameplay is prohibited.
14.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl26 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, or reputational harm.
14.2 jl26's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the value of the Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14.3 jl26 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, free of errors, or free of viruses or other harmful components. jl26 shall not be liable for any loss arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, or internet connectivity issues outside its direct control.
14.4 Nothing in these Terms limits jl26's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by jl26's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
15.1 These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
15.2 Dispute Process. In the event of a dispute between a Player and jl26, the Player should first raise the matter with jl26 customer support via live chat or the support email address. jl26 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within seven (7) business days of receipt of a formal complaint.
15.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with jl26 support, the Player may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority in accordance with the applicable PAGCOR framework.
15.4 Players agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through the processes described above.
16.1 jl26 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Changes may be made to reflect updates in applicable law, regulatory requirements, Platform features, or business practice.
16.2 jl26 will provide reasonable notice of material amendments to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account. The notice period will be a minimum of seven (7) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect, except where changes are required urgently for legal or regulatory compliance reasons, in which case they may take effect immediately.
16.3 The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at jl26.win/terms-conditions. The effective date of the current version is displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16.4 If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 11 of these Terms.
